HDMI question

Been using my hdmi to tv to stream movies and its been working great. The screen on the playbook stays on though while the movie is playing. Is there a way to turn the screen off on the playbook. I tried thr settings under HDMI but if I got the screen turned off on the playbook it would also turn off on the tv. Thanks
