I finally bought a data cable and downloaded the desktop manager to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer. I've had it about 18 months and it had a 4G memory card/chip. It was starting to! slow down, and I was thinking of a new phone...so logically I wanted to save them. I let the wizard do the work, and as far as I know all the pictures are there...but it started opening windows on my computer for each of the pictures, which caused my computer to lock up. I went into task manager and ended ONE of the running picture files and they all shut down. As far as I can tell my pictures are all there...BUT only about half of the videos. And half of the video that are there have no sound. The phone says no videos, and I only found the other videos by searching "vid" on the computer (they're not in the "blackberry" file marked for video). I am just sick to my stomach about this. I can't sleep. These are videos of my children, I want them back. Any suggestions? it's a t-mobile, and their phone lines are off till 6a...not that they could help me anyway.
