Hi guys
Having a real nightmare with my key2
It's stuck in a continuous boot loop
I get the black berry splash screen and it just keeps restarting
Left it in the airing cupboard overnight with no luck
All started when i was ironing my clothes and the steam went in it
But this might be coincidence as it worked for a good hour before this happened
This started when I used a car charger
I think it's zapped ?

WiFi calling iPhone XS Max
Anyone experiencing problems with WiFi calling on the iPhone XS Max? It seems to keep cutting in and out, and I checked all my WiFi hardware and even on different networks. I normally use att microcell which I plugged back in and have full bars of good quality calls again. (With WiFi calling turned off) I’ve read that there’s been some problems with the new iPhones and WiFi calling but I’m not sure if it’s a bug. iOS 12.4

"My Apps & Games" submenu missing in Cobalt Play Store
Hi,
I have a weird issue with the Cobalt suite.
I've done as others have recommended:
1. Install gms 4.3.3
2. Install googleid
3. Install (but don't open) gms 4.4.4
4. Install Google settings
5. Install Play Store
The weird thing is, upon the first time I open the Play Store, I see the "my apps and games" submenu but then the Play Store crashes (it always seems to crash the first time I run it after installing everything), and upon reopening it the submenu is gone (but Play Store still works).
Can anyone help me figure out why this is the case?

Migrated from BlackBerry Classic - Android Issues
Migrated from Blackberry Classic to KEY2 LE Model BBE100-4 running Android version 8.1.0 after one week of use I have the following gripes:
1. Using Google Play store there is no way in the settings to apply filtering when searching for apps by Name order, Popularity etc
2. Unable to change the default blue background header of the background colour hub. Unable to locate this in settings to change the header to a white background as it was in OS10.
3. The default File Manager that comes with the Blackberry KEY2 LE does not tell me what the file types are, or display icons showing what type of files they are, all the colours or icons are the same unless you select the list view which will show you file extensions. If I dump word, excel or pdf documents into a folder I have no way of knowing what type of file they are by starring at the screen. I use to be able to see all of this in OS10 as it would populate MS Office and Adobe icons in the folder.
4. When typing in the Notes app a black circle appears on the screen which almost resembles a keyboard mouse, as you can toggle up, down, left and right. How do I locate this tool, as currently it appears randomly?

Looking for a suggestion for a blackberry motion substitute
I’ve been considering giving android another try after being on Apple for a while. would really like the BlackBerry motion but there hard to find because they’re not making them anymore.
does anybody have a suggestion on an android phone that would run the BlackBerry apps and be similar to the motion as far as form factor and build quality. Would like a phone that doesn’t necessarily require a phone case because it’s made from glass

Unable to setup my company email through Hub
I was unable to setup my company email on my classic. Hub recognises my email ID and server name of email server properly but it finally says something like outlook is not responding, click for the details. When I click on that, it says "This user is allowed to sync other devices and this device is not allowed".
Email server: myemail.<company>.com
Please help if there is any way or workaround.

Priv - Unable to Install any APK files
Hello!
I have a Blackberry Priv, and it just suddenly crashed completely, requiring a factory reset. After the reset, I have tried to download an APK file to install applications and I get an error saying that there is no app to do this... What does this mean? How can I install apps if there is no app to install them in the first place? I am not very good with technology and I am not sure how to get this working again. I am not able to access Google accounts or the Google App Store as I live in China mainland.

best virtually free SIM
I am waiting for a Titan and will report on it for us here. What SIM can I get to have a phone number to hook up Whatsapp and Duo needing that to start. I intend it to be a 100% WiFi device thereafter and will keep it in Airplane Mode. When I travel, I will add a local SIM. I see things like FreedomPOP and Ting. Pay as you Go SIMs minutes expire leaving you sunk. Any advice?

Blackberry's strength has always been on providing secure devices. And personal data security is becoming more and more important every day as financial and other personal transactions become more mobile. Blackberry took the 1st step to realize a broader market by moving from the BB OS to Android...that was significant and well received by BB users though an adjustment. That step provided access to a market share by OS of nearly 75% of mobile devices. Plus access to the Android world of apps and other tools. But that needed to be followed with a 2nd step and that was to provide devices that had appeal to the broader Android market. That means providing high performing devices that do not have a pkb. Screen space has become more important and the vkb, though a big change for BB pkb users, is what the broader market wants. A BB phone like a high-end Motion providing the needed security for today's mobile market would, I think, be well received. Phones with a pkb could continue to be provided to meet that share of the BB market. But if BB (TCL) only produces pkb phones then they are missing an opportunity and it may mean the end of BB phones...that I do not want to see.

Used bb10 device
Question...if I buy a used bb10 device I saw one on ebay, one was z30 other was z10 they are both Verizon phones. Would I be able to use bbm to communicate with other bb10 phones with just wifi, also would the pin messages work with other bb10 ten phone just through wifi?

Pictures have disappeared from the bottom of the screen on the camera on Keyone
When I try to take a picture, where before I could see a previous picture on the left bottom of the screen, It is now gone! This morning it was there, but when I took a picture the new pic would not appear, the old one stayed there. Where the new pic went I have no idea, it is not in an album or photos. You could see the NEW pic in the little square for a nano second and then it would just disappear.
I did about 4 restarts and now the previous pictures in the little square are gone, there is nothing there at all, the square is gone.
A clue to help you is that when I restarted it said " Android starting" for over a minute and everything except the pictures came back, but they did so slowly. Like Outlook and Text messages... Help please
I went to an ATT store but I got someone that was dumber than I am about android
