As of yesterday, a repeat of the situation in September whereby every email I send appears twice in hub and in each email account on my Key2, though not on my iPad or laptop. What has made this happen and how do I reverse it? Driving me mad, help please! Fix helpfully suggested by Blaize then is not working now.

Need Updated List of Devices to choose in Member Profile
Small thing, really, but something I noticed some time ago.
When editing your profile, there is a section where you can list your devices. There's one spot for your phone, and one spot for a tablet.
But, it seems that some devices by some manufactures haven't been updated in a while. I happen to have an Amazon Fire Tablet HD8. The closest choice - and you have to pick what's available... can't put your own actual device in there - is "Amazon Kindle Fire". The other choices of HD7 and HD8.9 are not good enough, especially since those are old devices now and my tablet is neither of those. Also, Amazon dropped the "Kindle" name on the regular tablets several years ago. "Kindle" now refers only to the e-book readers.
The other thing is, it would be nice to be able to list more devices if you wanted. I'd like to include my Z10, which I still keep running.

BB KEY2 soft shell case (out of stock)
Hey. I've had my BBF100-6 for almost a year now and the OEM soft shell case for that amount of time too. The case is now somewhat haggard/damaged so I'm looking to replace it. The official soft shell case for KEY2 is out of stock in the BlackBerry EU online store, and is apparently still not yet released on Amazon UK. Does anyone know where I can get another one of these cases from? Thanks!

PP SE gives errors bb10-0021 then bb10-0015 after security wipe
Hello,
Security wipe was interrupted with error bb10-0021.
I tried rebooting and it starts wiping again before giving the same error.
Then after several rebooting it changed the error code to bb10-0015 (I learned it's a file system error).
Is using an auto-loader the best solution?
is this the latest compatible auto-loader for my device?
Last BB OS I know is 10.3.3.3216, however the file name starts with Passport_10.3.03.3216

Rcs anyone try it?
I have been reading article that rcs works in Canada if you do a few things with an app. Activity launcher. Anyway I tried it today and it worked. Did some test texting with my son. One thing I did have to do was turn my fonts to smallest or you cannot hit the apply button in lost of how to.

Secure start /boot
I just get my KEY2 and setup everything but the only thing I can not find out on the KEY2 is why it not ask a code if it boot up. I had this before with the keyone and I now i have to the pin a click the pin option so that there will be a qustion to setup a secure startup, But with the KEY2 it doesnt ask that. Do i miss something here

Blackberry Passport & APKs
I've got a listing of APKs that I'm needing for my Blackberry Passport. Generally, most of my downloaded apps from the Google Play Store function properly, but then there's those that don't work at all. Anyone have true and tested apks or a source to get these apks that are known to work for my Passport? Why do some work and others don't? Yes, some require Google Play services so they won't work with my Blackberry but the others ... what's up with this? - CJ

Google apps stuck on "downloading".
My apps are stuck on "downloading" in the Google Play Store. No updates are downloading, just a spinning circle. Been like that for 2 weeks. Never had a problem before. Cleared all cache files, good internet connection. Downloading updates work after a reboot but I don't want to reboot my KEY2 each time there are updates. Which is pretty much every day or two. Any thoughts?

K1 - No out Email on mobile date. In Email is ok
For the last 2 weeks I have not been able to send emails via mobile data - only via wi-fi.
I can receive emails ok via mobile data
And I can access internet using mobile data
Spoken to server (plusnet) and looked at the incoming and outgoing server settings:
Incoming:
email address = my email address
username = my email address
authentication - none
server - imap.plus.net
Port - 143
No Security
Outgoing:
smtp server - relay.plus.net
Port - 25
Security - none
I have spent hours today trying to get phone to work and it just won't send emails using mobile data
Any ideas?

An older BBM Enterprise iOS app?
Dear everybody! Me and my colleague are managing a publishing house with 650 kilometers between us, and are dependent on secure business connection not to leak business info sent between us. We rely on BBM Enterprise for this.
Now, my colleague is dependent on an old iPhone 5c, and is unable to upgrade the system to the latest iOS, because... Apple is Apple. This means he cannot use the latest BBM Enterprise app downloadable from AppStore. Were can we get an older BBM app working in older systems than iOS 11?!

Paid XML help/editing? (Keyboard)
Hello, I've been using the Key2 for a year now, but due to the cumbersome Armenian keyboard I am having issues talking with associates from Yerevan.
I contacted BB App Support and have provided them with the layout that is present on Unix systems (Armenian HM QWERTY) and could easily work on the Key2 (judging by the Russian layout on the Key 2)
As I am not sure that BB will ever get back to me on that (though they've said that they have advanced this to the engineers) I was hoping to find someone on the forum that would be willing to edit the XML file for the BBKeyboard app so it has the proper Armenian keyboard.
I have tried unpacking the .apk and doing it myself, but my lack of XML knowledge has made it very difficult.
As I mentioned in the title, this would obviously be a paid thing as I'm sure it's a hassle to edit the XML and this is a major issue for me with the Key2, which I want to keep using.

P.S. I've attached an edited screenshot of an Android keyboard (with the BB layout, including the $ key) that shows the Unix version of the Armenian keyboard that I need. A double click on a key should be able to bring up the secondary letter (as in the working Russian keyboard on the Key2)
